We stepped back and did 2 mile at 4-2 intervals. To be honest it wasn't as easy as I thought it was going to be. I have a lot of soreness including my ankle. But we are back at it. That is a good thing indeed.

It sucked! I felt like I hadn't hit the pavement in months! No more cheeseburgers and fries before a run. I learned my lesson. Of course, my husband had us paced at under a 12 minute mile which to me is REALLY fast. Thank the Lord for rest days!
